Manna Chan

Manna is the owner of a small pastry brand: Foxy Flour Social Club. She always wants to focus on the original taste of food, introducing pastries we can never get tired of into our daily lives in a humble way. Living in a stressful city like Hong Kong, she is attracted to pastry shops, but she is more interested in small shops where people can relax. She loves to idle around in Central and Western District, which is full of historical buildings from the colonial period, because this is the only place which makes her feel that she’s still in Hong Kong.

My Hong Kong: "Here, people and things come and go fast. Maybe this is why interesting things keep coming up in this city but are also soon forgotten."
