Located on the 16th floor in a building at Causeway Bay, Atum Desserant is a popular creative sweets shop with an open kitchen. Its signature dessert IMPROVISATION is a “painting” made of jam, fruits, cone chips and liquid nitrogen ice cream, improvised by the dessert chef in front of you as he talks about the ingredients; within a few minutes, a 3D dessert painting is born. You need to make a reservation to enjoy this particular dessert, but there are also other creative desserts such as the surprising sea urchin ice cream and eggplant sweets. The menu is regularly updated, so there is always some new surprise even for the old customers.
