Shang Shang Coffee House （上上咖啡）

Founded in 1978, Shang Shang Coffee House is located right next to Taipei’s Zhongshan Hall in Ximengding. It has witnessed the neighbourhood’s vast changes and transformation over three decades. The coffee house has two featured products, their house brewed coffee, which they insist upon using siphon brewing to retain the coffee’s best taste, and their most famous Russian borscht.
