Gēn Creative標榜採用的是台灣小農在地食材，做的是從產地直送到餐桌的新美式料理，使用開放式的廚房，讓來到這裡的顧客可以直接看到廚師做料理或者面對面溝通、相互學習，最棒的是，雖然是開放式廚房，卻完全聞不到任何影響用餐的討厭油煙味。
