In’s Point

Located in Yau Ma Tei, In’s Point is without doubt the most special toy mall in Hong Kong; it’s also where local men go to chill after work. Although opened post-millennium, the neon sign at the entrance looks like something from the 80’s. More than 100 tiny shops are squeezed in this not so conveniently located two-storey mall. On the sign it says that they’re open at 10am, but in fact, the mall won’t get busy until 6-7pm, when the owners leave their offices to come to open the stores. Most of the stores specialize in certain toys. For example, there are European/American/Japanese model stores, toy stores, capsule toy stores, Lego stores, animation/comic book/magazine stores…, here you can find new, second-hand or even vintage toys. It’s always a lot of fun to check out the toys, buy capsule toys or just listen to the customers chatting with the owners here.
