有明心 Coffee Roasters

Coffee Roasters is the only café within Taipei’s Yangmingshan National Park that sells boutique coffee. Living in Tienmu area, Hally Chen likes to ride his Vespa up Yangminigshan for a cup of coffee, enjoying the forest breeze along the way. Coffee Roasters is located right across the Shanzaihou police station; with its wide French windows and clean, all-white scheme, most often people fall in love for it at first sight. Although the café owner is young, she grew up right in the midst of Yangmingshan; in college, she majored in Food Technology and Processing and worked for famous coffee bean venders for many years straight out of college. Professionally trained, she roasts all the coffee beans used in the store by herself. Coffee Roasters のコーヒーが素晴らしいだけでなく、インテリアもそのデザインと完成度にどれだけの努力と思考が費やされたかを示しています。オーナーが白一色を好むため、店内で使用されている家具のほとんどは明るい色で、コーヒー豆の焙煎に使用される電気集塵機さえも白いエナメルコーティングが施されています。 The store also recently bought new nitro cold brew coffee equipment in preparation for Yangmingshan’s summer season.
